PileIt Junk Removal

A local crew,
not a call centre

PileIt started with one truck and a simple observation: when people need junk gone, they're usually already stressed. Moving out, clearing a parent's home, getting a rental ready — the pile is never the whole story.

So we built the company we'd want to call. You get a clear quote before anything moves, a crew that shows up in the window we promised (we call 15 minutes before arrival), and a straight answer about where your stuff ends up.

We're based in the Lower Mainland and we stay in the Lower Mainland — Delta, Surrey, Langley, and White Rock. Same trucks, same faces. If we've hauled for your neighbour, there's a good chance you'll get the same crew.

You're family. The junk is garbage.

We're very clear on which one rides in the truck. Customers here get the family treatment: we call when we say we will, wipe our boots at the door, ask before we touch anything that looks like it has a story, and check in after the dust settles. The pile gets the other treatment — lifted, sorted, and sent wherever it does the most good and the least harm.

So when we say we treat you like family and your junk like garbage — no pun intended. Okay, pun slightly intended. But the promise is dead serious.

"Customers like family.
Junk like garbage.
We never mix those up."

Local, down to our postal codes

We're not a franchise reading from a script three time zones away — we're your neighbours with a truck. Local means we know the Alex Fraser at rush hour, the Saturday lineup at the transfer station, which White Rock hills make a loaded truck think twice, and which Langley back roads save you twenty minutes. That knowledge shows up in your quote and your schedule.

And because we're a local business ourselves, we spend like one: local crews on the payroll, local shops for parts and tires, local coffee before the first pickup. Hire us and the money stays in the neighbourhood — roughly where your junk used to be.

Prices as down-to-earth as the work

Junk removal isn't rocket science — it's lifting things carefully and charging honestly. Our prices stay on the ground where you can see them: an itemized quote, every line explained, GST and disposal fees in plain view. You approve the number before we lift a finger — or a futon.

The only markup we believe in is the felt-tip kind on moving boxes.
