Is the quote really free?
Yes — free and no-obligation. If the price doesn't work for you, just don't approve it. No follow-up pressure.
How fast can you pick up my junk?
Often within a day or two anywhere in Surrey, Delta, Langley, or White Rock. Pick a preferred day and arrival window on the form; we'll confirm the exact booking when you approve your quote.
Do I need to be home for junk removal?
Not necessarily. If items are outside, in a garage, or otherwise reachable, tell us the access details and we can haul while you're out. We'll send photos when it's done.
What if there's more junk than the photos showed?
The crew will tell you the difference before touching the extra items. You approve the adjusted price on the spot — nothing is ever added silently.
Where does my junk go?
Recycling depots and donation centres first, licensed disposal last. Estate cleanouts can include donation receipts where the charity provides them.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane, oils, biohazards. We'll point you to the right local depot for those.
How do I pay for junk removal?
When the job's done you get an invoice by email. Pay by card online, or cash, cheque, or e-transfer — whatever's easiest.
Are you insured?
Yes. Liability coverage for your property and proper coverage for our crews. Commercial clients can request documentation for property managers.
